Betrayal
I have a friend whom I trusted so much and betrayed me. I went abroad that time so I asked him to deliver a laptop to another friend of mine. I promised this laptop to the friend and I don’t want to break it. I chose the highest quality laptop I can give her but I wasn’t able to personally deliver it to her. I was too busy before I went on to my travel.
Before I went to the airport, I called this friend who betrayed me to come to my place and get the laptop and deliver it to my other friend. He came so I gave him the laptop and all the details that he needs to locate my other friend. He brought my car with him because I also asked him to bring that car to my cousin’s place and I gave him enough money for this. Not as a payment but of course I know that he won’t get anything in obeying me so I gave him money. Enough money that he needs to earn for four days in his work but I just gave it to him at once just by delivering the goods to where I asked him.
After I came to my destination country, my cousin called me and he said that my car is already there. I also contacted my friend who supposed to be the recipient of the laptop and she told me that she haven’t received my gift. I’ve been trying to contact my friend that I asked to deliver it but his cellphone is always out of reach. Then I know that he stole the laptop and not delivered it. He brought the car to my cousin because carnapping has more consequences than stilling a laptop. He can’t even use my car because he knows that I can trace him if he did. The lesson here? Don’t trust that much to someone even you consider as a friend. I hope my experience won’t happen to you too.
